BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR PRODUCTS ON THIS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO AND ARE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
The products marketed on the website www.artemicci.com (hereinafter the “Website”) are sold and invoiced by Artemicci Paris with registered office at 11 Rue de la ville Neuve, 75002 Paris, France (“Artemicci” or “Seller”).
These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) apply to the purchase and sale of products and services through the Website. These Terms are subject to change by Artemicci Paris (hereinafter “we,” “us,” or “our,” as the context requires) without prior written notice at any time, in our sole discretion. The latest version of these Terms will be posted on this Site, and you should review these Terms before purchasing any product or service made available through this Site. Your continued use of this Site after a posted change to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to such changes.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
- Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale
1.1 Artemicci Paris offers its products for sale on the Website to end consumers, i.e. to persons who purchase them for reasons other than the activities that such persons may carry out for business, commercial or professional purposes (the “Customer”). Artemicci Paris therefore reserves the right not to process orders placed by persons other than the “consumer” or, in any case, orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.
1.2 You agree that your order is an offer to purchase, pursuant to these Terms, all of the products and services listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will be under no obligation to sell the products or services to you. We may choose not to accept any order at our sole discretion. After we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation email containing your order number and details of the items you have ordered. Acceptance of your order and the formation of the contract of sale between Artemicci Paris and you will not take place unless and until you have received your order confirmation email. You have the option to cancel your order at any time before we have sent you your order confirmation email by contacting our Customer Services Department.
- How to buy the products
2.1 The products offered for sale by Artemicci Paris are only those displayed on the Website at the time of placing the Order. It is understood that, since the images included on the Website are provided for information purposes only and may not be representative of all product specifications, colours and sizes may differ due to differences in the screens and systems used by Customers when accessing the Website.
2.2 The Customer may place an order on the Website in accordance with the instructions provided on the Website, after having carefully reviewed these Terms, the product specifications, the relevant price (including all applicable taxes and charges), the shipping costs (including any additional costs that may be generated in the event that a faster and/or different shipping and delivery method than the standard one is chosen). The Customer may also choose to receive an invoice for the product.
2.3 Artemicci Paris will confirm receipt of the Order by sending an email to the address provided by the Customer. The email will contain a brief description of the terms of purchase, as well as the information provided by the Customer on the Website. This will allow the Customer to verify that this information is correct and, if necessary, immediately communicate any incorrect data.
- Prices and payment conditions
3.1 The prices indicated on the Website include taxes. The Customer will be informed in advance of the shipping costs or fees, if applicable, through the Website.
3.2 Payments can only be made by credit card and the transaction will be processed through a secure server selected by Artemicci.
3.3 In no event and at no stage of the payment process will the Client’s credit card details be communicated to Artemicci. These details will be sent directly, in a secure manner, to the website of the financial institution responsible for the transaction. Since none of these details will be stored in the files of Artemicci, will not be liable for any fraudulent or unlawful use, if any, of the Client’s credit card by third parties during the payment procedure.
Artemicci shall not be liable for any fraudulent or unlawful use, if any, by third parties of the Client’s credit card during the payment procedure.
- Shipping and Delivery of Products
4.1 We will arrange to ship the products to you. Please see each product page for specific shipping options. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process, unless this page promotes free shipping.
4.2 The delivery times indicated by Artemicci are purely indicative. Delays or partial deliveries shall not entitle the Customer to reject the product or to claim compensation or indemnity.
4.3 To the extent required by the carrier, the Customer shall accept delivery by signing the appropriate receipt provided by the carrier. The Customer must ensure that:
4.3.1 the number of shipments delivered corresponds to that indicated in the package list.
4.3.2 the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet and, in any case, unaltered, including the sealing material (adhesive tape or metal seals).
4.4 Any damage detected in the packaging and/or the product, as well as any discrepancy found in the number of parts or in the indications contained in the delivery note, must be reported immediately on the delivery note to be returned to the courier.
4.5 Any problem relating to the integrity of the products received, their number and completeness must be communicated within 7 days following the corresponding delivery, in accordance with the modalities established in this document.
- Right of withdrawal
5.1 With the exception of products designated on the Site as non-returnable and customized products, we will accept the return of products for a refund of the purchase price, less original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within twenty (20) days of delivery and provided such products are returned in their original condition.
5.2 To return the products, you must use the form available in the packaging of the product to be returned (the “Withdrawal Form”) or which is available on the Website.
5.3 If you send the product(s) back to the courier indicated by Artemicci in the Withdrawal Form, the new delivery will be the sole responsibility of the Seller.
5.4 If you use a carrier of your choice, the costs and responsibility for the new delivery will be your sole responsibility. The right of withdrawal may only be exercised in respect of the entire product purchased; partial returns (accessories, add-ons, etc.) are not permitted;
5.5 The product must be returned together with the original packaging (including packaging materials and documents, if any, accessories, labels, tags, seals, etc.) and must be stored carefully and used only for the time strictly necessary to verify its nature, specifications and dimensions, and must not show signs of wear or dirt, as indicated below:
5.6 Refunds are processed within approximately 15 business days of receipt of the merchandise. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
5.7 Once the products have been received, Artemicci will inspect them to verify that they comply with the terms and conditions set out in this clause and, if the results of such verification are negative, it will inform you by email that the value of the returned products is reduced due to your failure to comply with the conditions mentioned above. By the same email, Artemicci will also notify you of the amount that it will deduct from the amount to be refunded, unless the Customer chooses to have the products returned to him, at his own expense, in the same condition in which they were returned to Artemicci.
5.8 In the event of loss of the right of withdrawal, Artemicci will return the purchased product to the Customer, charging the corresponding shipping costs and, if the refund has already been made, the price of the product.
- Warranty
6.1 All products sold by Artemicci are covered by a twenty-four (24) month warranty (the “Warranty Period”). We guarantee that the products purchased on the Website will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. To benefit from the warranty, the Customer must retain the relevant invoice or receipt of payment, together with the delivery note.
6.2 The warranty will apply to products used correctly, in accordance with their intended purpose, including with regard to the washing instructions contained and/or provided.
